Entrance

A private camino leads you to a gated property entrance with parking where you are greeted by the grandeur of the full Ca s’Uzina by Atzaró. Walking the cobble stoned rampart up to the finca’s entrance you see the main elevation of the house dating from the 1500’s and the courtyard entrance with ancient wooden doors to welcome you.

Living Room

The villa boasts an unusually large authentic finca living room with high ceiling, niches, archways, original features, lots of lights, a calm environment and beautiful views. Sofas, tv with international channels, music equipment, wi-fi, access to the entrance terrace and outdoor lounge, make lounging comfortable.

History

According to records the house existed in Islamic-ruled times and when the island was conquered by the four Catalan nobles in 1235, it was listed the ‘Memoriale Divisionis’, the area originally called ‘Zaaroil’. The house was listed in its present form in the 1500’s and when pirates arrived on the island of Ibiza 1579, the house become safe refuge.

Location

Ca s’Uzina by Atzaró sits in a privileged position on top of the Atzaró mountain close to Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel, and high above the Morna valley, in the north of the island of Ibiza. Ibiza town is only 20 minutes away, beaches and nature trails only 10 and 5 minutes away.
